N Navigation.

Phase: A Assess (post-Gate A)

Navigation begins after Gate A. It turns the approved recommendation into a delivery strategy that Gate B can evaluate.

Artifacts

Strategy

Purpose

Translate the approved route into sequenced delivery slices that can be governed, staffed, and measured.

How to use it

  • Break the route into outcome-oriented slices.
  • Sequence slices by dependency, risk reduction, and benefit timing.
  • Identify what each slice proves before the next one begins.

Example

Start with exception routing, then standard-account automation, then complex-account policy changes once baseline data confirms the first improvements.

Owner

The program lead owns the strategy with delivery leads, architecture, operations, and sponsor review.
